Great, versatile punch bag. A cross between a heavy bag and a floor to ceiling bag. It tethers to the floor via a D-ring. This allows you to really smack it and the ball stays under control. It also moves about a bit which allows you to work on range and timing.
It’s well padded but easy to put up and take down — perfect for anyone short on space. And excellent if you are using it in your garden, as it’s easy to store, rather than leaving it out in the elements.
