But very good, no rips, tears or blobs,although it looks like the back cover has at some stage got damp but isn’t warped.
Still a Very Cherished Book.
The only ‘Non-Enid Blyton’ writing inside is my name and address so if my valuable book got ‘mislaid’ there was a good chance that I would have it returned, plus one advising that ‘Auntie Joan’ gave it to me.
This edition is, I believe, the last in the Series to benefit from a ‘Decorated Cover’.
Ideal book to read to, and have read by, your children to improve their vocabulary, reading ability and confidence.
I was keeping for my own children/grandchildren but, alas, God hasn’t smiled upon me in that direction. You need a wife first!
