Description
INFLATABLE BOTTOM low pressure boats Navigator are available in following sizes: 270 cm, 330 cm, 360 cm and 400 cm long.
THE MAIN UNIQUE ADVANTAGE OF THIS BOAT IS THE LOW PRESSURE (0.3 atmosphere)
INFLATABLE BOTTOM WHICH FEELTS LIKE A RIGIT PAJOLED FLOOR.
The HDND (low pressure bottom) boat is designed to operate on large rivers and reservoirs.
These boats are lightweight, all-weather (incl extreme) and have a huge internal space. Strongly pronounced keel, together with the optimal angle of the bottom installation, allow to ignore the waves.
The advantages of the Navigator inflatable bottom boats:
1) The enlarged and spacious cockpit is achieved thanks to improved boat contours.
2) Using five-layer boat pvc with a density of 1100 g/m2
3) Variable diameter of the cylinders provides excellent stability of the vessel and good seaworthiness.
4) The boat hull has 4 ring welds and 2 longitudinal welds. Hot air welding technology is used. This technology provides uniform heating of the fabric to be welded. Joints are made by joining “butt to butt” with welding the inside and outside.
5) “Welding” the interbody into the body of the cylinder.
6) The increased diameter of the cylinders up to 48 cm is one of the main indicators of the seaworthiness of the boat on large bodies of water.
7) The low pressure (0.3 atmosphere) inflatable bottom is comparable to a rigid pajoled floor.
8) Installation of a transom interceptor allows a strong connection of the transom to the bottom and reduces the overall resistance of the water in relation to the movement of the vessel.
9) Additional rigidity of the bottom construction is added by the internal connection of the cylinders with the bottom by gluing the connecting tape.
The Navigator inflatable bottom boat series come with standard package:
1) Welded cylinder construction with three independent pressurized compartments. The inner partitions of the cylinders are reinforced with reinforced .
2) A 6 cm wide protective bar is used to protect the inflatable keel.
3) A 0.3 bar pressure relief valve is installed in the bottom to relieve excess pressure.
4) A 9 cm wide gunwale is installed around the perimeter, which is used to protect the sides of the boat.
5) On the outer perimeter are glued to the rails for passenger safety.
6) Reinforced stationary transom made of water-resistant plywood 24 mm thick. is glued into the aft part of the cylinders.
7) A reinforced transom interceptor protects the underside of the transom from damage in shallow water.
8) An anchor cable is attached with an eye ring in the bow of the boat.
9) For transporting the boat there are 2 handles located on the ends of the cylinders.
10) “Captain’s Handle” serves as additional support when navigating the water.
11) “Passenger handles” are used for comfortable positioning in the cockpit of the boat.
12) The way of mounting the lintros/license allows you to install the cans along the entire length of the boat. The seat mounts were raised as much as possible for passenger comfort.
13) Two movable seats with a width of 23 cm can be easily adjusted along the entire length of the rails.
14) 6 liter foot pump.
15) Repair kit for a pvc boat.
16) Operation manual.
17) Small Vessel Certificate.
18) Packing bag for the boat – 1 pc, for the deck – 1 pc.
19) Base colours: light grey, dark grey, olive, green.
