For sale, converted Elysian 27ft classic (Aft Cockpit) cruiser, transformed into a one-of-a-kind tiny floating home in London. Great if you're seeking an affordable place to live in the heart of the city—and/or want to live off the grid in your own property. I lived in this boat for 2 years but I recently moved out of London.

- Electricity generated by solar panel coupled with Phoenix inverter and/or the engine's alternator
