BMW 318i Edition M-Sport

Description

For sale is a 2008 BMW 318i Edition M-Sport, this listing is aimed at someone who likes to repair cars for a hobby or to resell as it has lots of problems!

Condition is as you would expect from a 15 year old car, has dents, scratches and interior wear - although its not THAT bad, it will still have marks everywhere.

I am going to be as honest as I can with this listing, but ultimately it will be sold as seen!

Current issues:

- Front passenger breaks are pretty much gone (this could be, disk, pad, calliper or all 3, haven't fully checked it, but its squeeking!) the other 3 breaks are actually pretty much brand new.
- Battery flat sign shows up, meaning battery is on its way out and therefor the time gets reset every time, although has been working for months like this.
- Coolant low sign showing, have been topping it up twice a year, its showing again now
- Hand break light is on, have not gotten this checked, could be just the sensor, could be worse, who know! Nothing has been affected in terms of use
- Engine light is showing, last time I checked the OBD it was an oxygen sensor with some other sensors going off because of it
- Middle iDrive knobs enter button doesn't work, i can move it around to navigate but cannot press enter, likely needs a new knob which costs like £30-£50 on ebay.
- I have an after market nav dvd which doesn't always work, so you may need another one, again from ebay for cheap if needed.

Driving issues:

- Car sometimes slightly shakes when idle, not all the time but wanted to mention it, I have been driving it for 4 years like this! so it clearly still works
- Sometimes there is a wind blowing noise, a mechanic friend said its like something from the rear wheel, never caused issues apart from noise and you likely wont even notice it, but i did so wanted to mention it.

In terms of actually driving around, I have been driving this for 4 years and once you change the breaks as mentioned above, it is actually totally usable even with all the rest of the issues, but it was time for a new car for me and i did not repair it, so thats up to you if you want it! You can even drive it away, but there will be a squeeking sound.

Not sure about tyre tread, just assume they are all not great unless you can tell from the photos.

If I have forgotten something, its not on purpose as ultimately car will be sold as seen!
