Looking for a proper old-school BMW that’s been loved and upgraded over the years This E46 Convertible is it. Whenever something broke (and let’s face it, older BMWs do), it wasn’t just fixed it got better. What’s been done:
• New clutch + single-mass flywheel
• Clutch delay valve delete
• Short shifter with solid metal knob
• Sport exhaust (sounds great, not annoying)
• Replacement back box exhaust
• New wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres (loads of tread left)
• New brake rotors and Yellowstuff pads
• Window regulators replaced
• LED taillights fitted
• Roof works perfectly – no leaks
• Full service recently done
• Solid wheel arches all round
Original service booklet lost, but history can be recovered online. Drives beautifully, handles like a dream, and feels tight for its age. Only selling because it’s not getting the use it deserves.
