Comes with charger, manuals and 3 keys to remove / lock battery in place.
Large Frame, Low seat height at lowest point 30 inches from ground, will raise up higher.
3 Years old and has had little use,
Very Good Condition.... Scratch to rear frame as shown in photo 6.
