Description
BUILT FOR SPEED, TORQUE, AND COMFORT.
This upgraded brand new Galaxy Mountain bike is a superb edition to easypedal's stock of hard-tail mountain bikes.
We took the good quality aluminium Galaxy, and rebuilt it with new aluminium and magnesium air sprung forks with remote lock out capable of 120mm of travel and adjustable air rebound.
We fitted hydraulic brakes to front and rear, changed over the chainset to Shimano Altus, and fitted Prowheel steel pedals.
On this upgraded bike we fitted a 750 watt Bafang mid-drive with a throttle for a smooth start, a gear sensor and a colour display with between 3 and 9 levels of power, this motor has 120 Nm
of torque capable of taking you up the steepest of hills, and a central balance of the bike.
With a colossal Samsung lithium 1,200 watt hour battery that can take a rider over a genuine 100 miles on a full charge.
The battery can be fully charged from empty in 4 hours with the fan cooled aluminium 4 amp charger.
For comfort we added a wide Gel/sprung sports seat
with a suspension seat post giving 80mm of suspension travel for the bumpy terrain.
The wheels are 27.5 inches with double wall rims and 60 tpi tyres for tarmac and rough terrain, with Tannus armour for 99 percent puncture free rides.
We have fitted a T6 front light with a choice of light patterns, a rear light with a choice of patterns and a 120 decibel anti theft alarm.
This bike is suitable for a persons height of 5 foot 10 inches up to 6 foot 6 inches.
If one of the big stores sold this bike, they would charge over £4000 easypedal can save you over £1,500 on this bike.
THIS BIKE IS NOT A DOWN HILL RACER OR A STUNT BIKE.
