Description
For Sale is my BSA Star Rider bicycle with Sturmey Archer 3 speed gears. 21 inch (medium size) frame. Overall, I would describe the condition as 'good' considering this cycle is approximately 60 years old. Please study the photographs carefully. This was my Dad's cycle and I have owned it for the past 25 years (approx). As you can see there is surface rust on the chrome areas such as the front wheel, and handlebars. Rear wheel is good, frame and mudguards are in pretty good condition with original decals still present. It still rides well. Tyres will need replacing as they have cracked with age. This is a tidy example of a classic british built cycle ideal for restoration or to ride with minimal work. Cash on collection please from Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
