Description
This is a Raleigh Ladies “Popular” from the 1920’s. It’s in original unmolested condition and still bears its water slide transfers and some of the original coach lining. Plating on bikes of this era was nickel and this bike has it although the wheels rims are showing wear. The frame is large (24”) as was normal back then. Wheels are the slightly rarer 26x 1,1/2”. All the gears and brakes are working well although the brake blocks are a little hard. Really nice nostalgic bike to ride. Cash on collection only.
