Description
I’m reluctantly selling my beloved Surly Karate Monkey XL in the striking Toxic Tangerine colorway. This is a highly capable, versatile steel frame 27.5+/29" bike that has taken me on some unforgettable multi-day bikepacking trips, including the South Downs and the Ridgeway in Oxfordshire with friends.
Why Am I Selling?
I'm only parting with it to fund a Brompton G-Line for my wife, as we need something more compact for transport.

Condition & Recent Maintenance:
Full service in late 2024 - only ridden a couple of times since
Excellent working condition with minor cosmetic wear as shown in the photos
Tubeless setup - recently topped up with fresh sealant
This bike is a superb all-rounder for trail riding, bikepacking, and general off-road fun. Surly’s steel frames are renowned for their durability, and the Karate Monkey is a classic that’s built to last.
