Choose your discipline. I have used this as a Gravel, Road & Touring bike! Just change the tyres. Will throw in a pair of used Schwalbe Delta Cruiser Plus tyres if you want something a bit more rugged
As a guide, I am 6 feet, although the Trek website recommends this for smaller riders
