The moment trial enthusiasts have been waiting for has arrived: Beta is proud to launch the new Sincro Factory edition. Following the successful debut of the revolutionary 2026 Sincro, the Factory models arrive as the ultimate expression of competition performance from the Florence, Italy-based manufacturer.

The Sincro Factory is engineered for riders demanding the highest level of performance. Every component has been refined to shed weight, sharpen responsiveness, and create an unfiltered connection between rider and terrain. Combining premium racing components with an aggressive new design, the Sincro Factory is built to conquer the world’s most technical sections with absolute precision.

The Factory range builds upon the innovative Sincro platform, featuring several industry-leading technologies:

» Hydroformed Frame: Single-beam aluminum alloy frame with a built-in fuel cell.
» Advanced Geometry: Revised suspension with a wide steering angle and a completely redesigned rear shock linkage.
» Lightweight Swingarm: Modified geometry for improved traction and feel.
» Optimized Intake: New engine design acting as a stressed member with a direct cylinder reed intake for broader power.
» Thermal Management: Cooling system with hidden internal passages to reduce heat transfer.
» Adjustable Diaphragm Clutch: All-new design with tunable progression.

ENGINE UPGRADES
The Factory powerplants are distinguished by several key performance enhancements:

» Black Magnesium Cases: These race-bred cases shave roughly 2.2 lbs compared to the standard version, significantly increasing agility. A clever nylon insert prevents coolant from contacting the magnesium, eliminating the risk of corrosion.
» Enhanced Clutch (250/300cc): The diaphragm clutch features an increased disk count (7 instead of 6). This provides a 20% increase in transmissible torque and consistent lever feel during intensive, high-RPM use.
» Riders can also adjust the pressure plate to three different preload positions.
» Titanium Exhaust: The 250/300cc models feature a full titanium manifold that cuts over 1.1 lbs. Combined with a redesigned silencer, the system delivers more maximum power and snappier throttle response. » The 125cc model receives its own dedicated titanium system tuned specifically for small-displacement performance.
» Industry First: Dual Spark System (300 2-Stroke Only): For the first time on a trial bike, the 300cc Factory model features a dual-spark engine head. This system—proven on Beta’s off-road race models—ensures more uniform combustion, reduces detonation, and provides smoother power at low revs.
» Race-Tuned ECU: All Factory models feature modified ignition mapping to perfectly balance the increased flow from the new cylinder and exhaust systems.
Note: In the pursuit of minimum racing weight, Sincro Factory models are not equipped with an electric start.

CHASSIS & PREMIUM COMPONENTS

The Sincro Factory chassis is tuned for elite-level maneuverability:

» Factory Front Fork: Features a TiN (Titanium Nitride) gold coating for ultra-low friction and a 10mm narrower tube spacing for better feel. New double-compression damping allows for better support on big hits while reducing "pitching" to maintain traction.
» Dedicated Rear Shock: The shock features a larger aluminum body and a new mounting position. Combined with the Factory linkage, the rear end is more progressive, simplifying "floating" techniques and absorbing massive impacts with ease.
» Billet Triple Clamps: Blue anodized CNC-machined clamps save 100g and offer adjustable handlebar positioning (forward/rearward) to customize the rider cockpit.
» Black Ergal Footpegs: CNC-machined for maximum grip and durability.
» BrakTec Hydraulics: Professional-grade brake and clutch master cylinders for precise modulation.
» Galfer Racing Disks: Lightweight, self-cleaning rotors for consistent stopping power in all conditions.
» Excel Rims & Dunlop Geomax Tires: Blue anodized rims paired with the industry-standard for trial traction.
» Silicone Hoses: Custom red hoses for improved cooling and a "factory" look.
» Graphics: The 2026 Sincro Factory aesthetics highlight the raw aluminum frame paired with Beta’s signature red and blue racing livery, accented by blue anodized components throughout.

We also stock all spares, clothing and accessories for Trials + Enduro.

We also have extensive stock of new and second hand bikes and always welcome part exchanges. Although what you see is mainly off road we still and always will carry all service items for Suzuki,Yamaha,Honda,Kawasaki + European road bikes. We also sell and take in part exchange most road bikes (having been a main honda agent for numerous years) and that will never change. Also have workshop and MOT centre for all road and off road bikes.
