Hi, I’m Junaid — a professional Bathroom Designer and former City Plumbing Showroom Manager.
Using Virtual Worlds by Cyncly 3D software—the same technology used in top showrooms—I help you visualise your new bathroom before a single tile is laid, eliminating guesswork and costly mistakes.
How it works:
1. Book Your Consultation
Choose a convenient time for an in-person or virtual chat where we discuss your ideas, needs, measurements, style, lifestyle, and budget. If needed, I’ll visit your site to take precise measurements.
2. Design and Quotation
I provide 4–7 photorealistic 3D images with actual products and a clear, itemised quote. This stage is free and lets you see your bathroom before committing.
3. Payments
Full payment is required upfront before ordering products or scheduling work.
4. Supply-Only or Full Service
If you have builders, I supply the products and arrange delivery. Or, choose full service, and I manage the entire refurbishment with our installation team.
5. Communication and Progress Updates
I keep you informed every step of the way via your preferred method.
6. Completion and Aftercare
Once finished, we walk through the space together to ensure everything is perfect. I also provide aftercare advice and a workmanship/product warranty for your peace of mind.
