Care for: B16 months

Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm (with breaks during the day)

Location: Miami (with regular travel to London and Europe)

Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per annum (depending on experience experience)

Start Date: September - 2025

We are seeking a brilliant full-time nanny for a delightful 16-month-old boy.

The family are based in Miami and looking for a permanent nanny to join them from

September onwards. You will support an active, curious, and developmentally advanced

little boy and help ensure a healthy and varied daily routine.

The little boy is bright, energetic, and loves books, sensory play, and observing the world

around him. His vocabulary is already well ahead of his age, and the family is keen to

nurture his natural curiosity with thoughtful, developmentally focused care.

The family travels regularly, spending up to 90 days a year in London and approximately

two months across Europe, including destinations like Greece, Italy, and Switzerland.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with travel, adaptable to new environments, and

happy to live-in while abroad (accommodation provided).

In Miami, the role can be live-out, and the family is happy to support with

accommodation if needed.

They would love to Nind a nanny who is educated, developmentally aware, and

passionate about early childhood learning. Someone who enjoys planning age-

appropriate, stimulating activities such as museum visits, playdates, Montessori-

inspired play, and rotating toys and books would be ideal.

Although the mother is a stay-at-home parent who is actively involved, the right person

will take initiative in curating weekly plans, supporting the child’s growth, and helping

manage the day-to-day with a calm, professional presence.

There are no cooking or laundry responsibilities, though occasional light meal prep may

be helpful. A conFident driver with a valid U.S. licence and a strong swimmer are both

essential requirements.
