Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional childcare services for our family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about child development and can effectively communicate.

Duties

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Assist with homework and educational tasks, fostering a love for learning through creative teaching methods.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, catering to dietary requirements as needed.
Organise playdates and outings, providing opportunities for social interaction and physical activity.
Maintain a clean and organised environment, including tidying up after activities and meals.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise.
Provide transportation for children to various activities or appointments as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in nannying or childcare is essential.
Proficiency in English is required
A valid driving licence with a clean driving record is preferred to facilitate transportation needs.
Strong teaching skills with the ability to create engaging learning experiences tailored to children's interests.
Excellent communication skills, verbal with the ability to connect with children of varying ages.
A caring, patient, and responsible nature, with a genuine passion for working with children.
