Adjustable seat - 3 positions
Unique BFR drive system, stands for Brake, Freewheel & Reverse, Allows you to pedal forward, brake by adding a little bit of back pressure to the pedals come to a stop and the continue forward or backwards.
Also allows you to coast along with the pedals spnning around and bumping their ankles.
