Looking for someone to replace me by 15th August (but can be be between 15th August-1st September) as I am moving out of London. I have lived in this amazing flat for 2 years and if I were staying in London any longer I would remain here. The flat is very spacious with WiFi and heating of water included. Downstairs bathroom as well as upstairs bathroom. Also has a huge private rooftop that overlooks the private tennis courts and pub next door. Huge living space. The two current housemates have been incredibly easy to live with and have never had any issues. All very clean and tidy up after ourselves. The flat is a 3 minute walk to the supermarket and is only 5 mins away from Denmark Hill Station. The deposit is actually £1500 (wouldn’t let me input actual amount) and the rent for the king size bedroom is £1200. Would highly recommend!! Please message with the intention of viewing, I can guarantee it is worth it.
