Some of the sets haven’t been built however most of them have. I cannot guarantee that every single piece is there unfortunately as I do not have the time to go through it all, this is reflective of the price. Some sets have been mixed together also. It would be ideal for someone who is really into LEGO and happy to sort through it. I know that LEGO online are happy to replace any missing pieces and its usually delivered with 7-10 days ( we have used the service previously). Not all sets have instructions (I’m sure 2-3 are missing) however again these are available electronically on the LEGO site.
