Why This Combo Works Perfectly
-Plug-and‑play 16‑Channel Setup – Connect ADA8200 to UMC1820’s ADAT in to gain 16 total mic inputs via a single cable. The UMC1820 serves as the USB hub, streaming all 16 channels to your DAW.
-Top-Grade Mic Preamps – MIDAS-designed preamps on both units provide clean, transparent gain for vocals, drums, acoustic instruments, and more.
-Flexible Monitoring & Control – UMC1820’s zero-latency direct monitoring, dual headphone outs, A/B cueing, pads, and instrument inputs make it ideal for multi-musician sessions.
-Reliable Build & Compatibility – USB 2.0 interface works well with Windows and macOS.
Perfect for studio set-up, or live performance such as DJing with Traktor, Ableton, etc. Works really well with mixers like Playdifferently Model 1 / 1.4 using DSUB.
