New discs and pads fitted all round at 41957 still in great condition and at the same time x1 rear brake caliper changed, front right auxiliary radiator changed (common Rs4 problem) and the dreaded DRC system was removed and replaced with Bilstein B8 shocks that use the original springs to keep a more standard stance, all documented with receipts and invoices.
I’ve owned the car for the past 12 years and done not even 15000 miles in it. It has all the bells and whistle, wing back seats, carbon pack, electric everything you know the spec. It’s been on and Sorn’ed off the road many times over the years when I’ve fancied a go in it and it just sits around and isn’t being driven enough so it’s time to say fair well to it. I’ll be sorry to see go but it needs a new home and someone to drive it instead of it being stuck in a garage all the time.
Sadly when I bought the car it was Cat d stolen and recovered but never crashed and am happy for any AA or RAC inspection on it. These are getting harder and harder to find especially with low miles like this. I know I won’t get top dollar for it with it being cat d but it’s going to make someone a really nice car that may fit someone’s budget that would only get you a 100,000+ miles car that will probably need thousands spending on it.
