The appointment was made and the weather was herndous the operative arrived and did a quick visual inspection of asbestos to be removed. The operative then went back to van and donned all the necessary coveralls and.mask and gloves tools and packing for the sale removal of offending asbestos. Upon the oppertves return I vacated the ares .Once complete the oppertves showed.me what work had being undertook all asbestos was neatly outside my door packaged and sealed ready to be removed Nice one no complaints from me job professionally done Thank you ARMS Environmental

The quote was reasonable and at first communication was good however after the payment as per their policy was made for the service it was not completed after being given numerous chances to do so, no one will now accept calls or reply to emails although answered alternative phone number and then hung up when I stated my name. I have asked for a refund and been totally blanked so at the moment £700 down and no further forward. If the situation was remedied, I would consider changing my review score however at the moment DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Multiple CCJ's have been filed against this company
