1 star is generous. Called this company when our hot water stopped working, I was misled by the 'positive' reviews. I had agreed a refund with this company as they had charged for diagnostics (£250) and a replacement part (£110) but not resolved the issue. This was agreed over a month ago and despite emails and calls this money has not hit my account. It's always 'next day or two' or 'it's with our accounts team' - make of that what you will. Please avoid at all costs, they are expensive, lack the skillset to resolve issues, never turn up on time, cancel appointments and even when acknowledging fault fail to promptly issue redress. To the extent they actually asked to reduce the amount owed as a refund as they had paid for an electrician to check wiring who had obviously let them down. A real lack of awareness that they completely ripped off their customer. Lack of professionalism, communication, and decency. If you go with this company please at least get transparency on what they charge for diagnostics upfront, check the purchase price of replacement parts and evidence the part actually needs to be replaced.

Stephen and his team worked to create an absolutely beautiful bathroom for me. All the work was completed to a fantastic standard and I was kept informed of any issues through the process. These guys take pride in their work and want to leave you with something they’d have in their own homes. Top guys.

After rearranging my work day to make sure I was home for our 3-5 pm slot, we received a call at 3:30 pm to say our plumber was on the way. Eventually turning up at 6:30 pm with no explanation or apology for running late, the plumber (without a hello or introduction) spent a few minutes looking under the sink and told us he would have to come back the next day to fit a new tap. No problem, we expected that anyway. After booking for 2-4 pm the next day and working from home all day to let him in, he eventually made his grand return just after 8 pm. Again, without any sort of greeting or introduction, he got straight to work and our new tap was fitted (very adequately to be fair). Now 9 pm, he proceeds to demand that we contact our landlord and request that he is paid immediately for his incredibly efficient and timely work. We had some issues reaching our landlord at this late hour, so naturally he takes a seat at our dining table and waits for his money. After all this, he kindly asked us to leave a review, so here we are. Don’t bother.

Trust me I have made enough research and gave them benfit of doubt but they are not trustowrthy. I phoned them for kitchen sink blockage. A man turned up and poured 4 bottle of liquids and poured hot water from my kettle and thats it block gone. He used his vaccum for 10 seconds. Nothing else he has done. He charged me £220 on sunday. He spent no more than 1 hour in my home. Look at the day light robbery. Please save some time and look for some reliable and trustable scottish plumbers please! Thank you!

BEWARE these guys totally ripped me off because I am a woman, they were hours late, haven’t sent me my proof of payment after requested multiple times. They lied about the time they were here and how much I was quoted. They definitely see opportunity to take advantage of vulnerable people, they made me think that I had to pay immediately before leaving my house without being sent invoice first through normal procedure. Discussing things in a different language which is pretty unsettling as a client with people in my home when they were able to speak English perfectly.
