Following the award of a design-led project late last year, the studio now needs to strengthen its technical team.
The practice delivers projects across a wide range of sectors, including food manufacturing, distribution centres, healthcare, innovation and research facilities, offices and sustainable developments.
Technical quality is a genuine priority here; projects are delivered to a higher standard than is typically expected, supported by a deeply experienced team.
The Role: Junior Architectural Technician
You'll be responsible for:
Producing and coordinating detailed technical drawing packages
Working closely with design teams, consultants and suppliers
Supporting Senior Technicians with day-to-day tasks The studio has a supportive, sociable culture with regular company-funded socials and team activities. The Derby office is a recently renovated space with on-site parking, designed and delivered by the practice themselves.
Benefits
Approximately 6 weeks' annual leave (including Christmas closure)
Private healthcare after a short qualifying period
Flexible working hours with a formal hybrid working policy
Typical expectation of around 3 days per week in the office
Company-paid socials and team events Salary ranges from £25,000 to £28,000, with flexibility above this for the right candidate. xjnqpsq
