GRAPHIC DESIGNER - BELVEDERE, ERITH, KENT ££14.50 MAT COVER

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our client in Belvedere. The role involves designing and amending artwork for products, packaging, print materials, and social media. This will be working within existing brand guidelines to produce high-quality, consistent visual output. You will support the marketing team with design, product information and promotional content, as well as occasional print-room tasks. The team are bubbly, friendly and always on hand to support where needed. There is opportunity to grow within the product design team after the contract.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Print

-Create and amend artwork for products, packaging, and print.

- Reformat and redesign templates to fit printers’ specifications.

- Design marketing materials for events, flyers and product sheets.

- Produce stand/exhibition design work twice a year.

- Ensure accuracy of CMYK colour process, mixing and colour-matching for external press and print

Branding & Marketing Support

-Maintain consistency across all creative outputs following brand guidelines.

-Produce social media graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram

Collaboration

-Work closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders.

-Communicate with external print suppliers where necessary.

Other Duties

-Occasionally help in the label room or printing area.

-Assist with general marketing tasks as required.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Strong graphic design experience.

- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or similar tools.

- Understanding of Pantone and CMYK colour process.

- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency.

- Knowledge of social media content creation.

- Experience with product design, marketing materials, and print production.

-Graphics or animation studied at school/college or equivalent portfolio would be desirable

- Experience working with external printers beneficial

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm (while training) then flexible to 9:00am – 5:00pm / 8:00am – 4:00pm if local and willing to adjust.

Contract 8 months potential of extension and long term job
