Description
Job Title: Building Performance Surveyor Location: Harrogate (local applicants only) Type: Full-time
About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and practical individual to join our growing team in Harrogate. The role will involve conducting air tightness tests on domestic properties, carrying out retrofit assessments in line with PAS 2035, and supporting building surveyors with inspections and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Level 1 air tightness tests and prepare reports
Carry out retrofit assessments (once qualified)
Assist surveyors with site inspections and data collection
Upload and manage project information on PAS Hub/Corelogic
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal team members
Requirements:
Driving licence essential
Experience and or qualification in building surveying, energy efficiency, or construction desirable
Full training and qualifications (Level 1 ATT, DEA, Retrofit Assessor) provided
Ideal for: A practical, a trainee graduate or hands-on person looking to build a career in building performance and retrofit surveying.
