As our workload continues to grow, we’re looking for an Architectural / CAD Technician to join our small, friendly Planning & Design team in Ealing.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in projects from start to finish. You’ll get the chance to work on a variety of residential jobs, including loft conversions, ground floor extensions, and basement projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Visiting sites and carrying out measured surveys
Producing planning and construction drawings using AutoCAD 2D
Preparing and managing planning applications
Communicating with local authorities, clients, contractors, and engineers
Helping keep projects running smoothly from design through to build

What We’re Looking For

Experience using AutoCAD 2D
Some experience with planning and construction drawings
A basic understanding of UK building regulations and planning (or willingness to learn)
Good communication skills and fluent English
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved
