I hired Lucid to create architectural drawings for listed building consent in Glasgow, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Andy was my main point of contact throughout the process and was fantastic to work with. The drawings were for adding an ensuite into the front bedroom of my flat and converting a cupboard into a utility room. From the start, Andy and the team were incredibly professional, responsive, and quick. Their knowledge of what would and wouldn’t be approved for listed building consent was excellent, which gave me real confidence in the process. They handled the listed building consent application on my behalf and secured approval with no issues at all. They also applied for the building warrants and even escalated things with the council when timelines started to slip, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a seamless and stress-free experience. I would 100% use Lucid again for any future projects and highly recommend them to anyone needing architectural support, particularly for listed properties.
