Description
The Jounetsu Creator is led by Japanese Architectural Designer Haruhito Tomi or known simply as: 'Haru', who has been based in London for over 20 years.
Haru's passion lies in "RETROFIT" i.e. turning the derelict/neglected existing into a new delight, in "EXCITEMENT" that tailor-made designs can bring to quality of space and client's lives.
Haru thrives on incorporating sustainable methods, circular economy ethos through each project, while paying full attention to their life-cycle emissions and values.
Born in Japan, but has been based in London since 2003, Haru's Architectural profession began in larger commercial practices before starting his own company in 2011.
From renovations to extensions, regardless of budget size, Haru aims to help his clients tackle the unknown and offers working either throughout the design process or to the very end of each project completion managing the contracts administration on site.
"Jounetsu" is a Japanese word = passion with deep soul.
