Nothing but praise for the team. OMNI were extremely helpful/informative for a novice like me who has never had any renovation done before.

Moni did a fantastic job getting all the planning required for my loft conversion, rear extension and double storey side extension. He got us the maximum space permitted. Showed patients when dealing with us. Gave us great ideas for the internal layout. Very knowledgeable architect. Will happily recommend and use again.

We engaged Moni at OMNI Architecture following a recommendation from a friend to help us plan and design our loft extension.
Right from our first meeting, as well as being extremely personable we found Moni’s assistance invaluable. He took the time to fully understand our aspirations for the project and provided us with feedback as well as suggestions, recommendations, and potential improvements to ensure the extension met our objectives.
Moni was fully engaged at all stages of the design process, and always on hand to answer any queries we had or points of clarification we wanted for our peace of mind, be it on the overall design, building considerations, planning, or even the fixtures and fittings to be incorporated into the design. He also helped us through the local authority planning process, ensuring this element of the project went smoothly and without issue.
Throughout the duration of the building works, Moni remained easily available to discuss progress, answer questions, and provide any reassurance needed (not that we needed much fortunately as the project went to plan). Overall, we couldn’t fault the service he provided, going beyond what we expected of our architect. We would recommend Moni to anyone considering employing the services of an architect and would definitely use him again for any future building work we may carry out.
