You are looking at a wooden vintage shop display unit with 4 twisting shelves, 2 with glass tops. Complete with the contents which are 100’s of buttons some still on cards.
This item has a weighted base to stop it tipping when the drawers/shelves are opened for display.
Beautiful vintage piece.
