Good condition however, would benefit from a minor repair/restoration as it is missing a vertical side return piece (should be a straightforward fix and easily/inexpensively sourced from a stone/slate worker) The replacement piece would not require any paint 'marbling' as there is an absence of this on those particular sections (see opposite side for reference)
Minor cosmetic blemishes throughout, consistent with age and average use/handling (re photo's)
