Description
Mahogany inlaid Edwardian compactum. This is a lovely piece of bedroom furniture which we felt was too beautiful to hide away. We decided to use it in our breakfast room (rather than a traditional dresser) as its cupboards (wardrobes) could store stuff like the hoover, ironing board, etc. One of the handles on bottom draw is glued firm, so care needs to be taken to open that particular drawer. Also there is some sun fading. However, we decided to accept this as we like the ‘used’ patina.
