Brief Description:
This is a fabulous early 18th-century English Delft Polychrome Chinoiserie Charger Plate.
Dating to circa 1730-1740, and probably made in Liverpool.
The vibrant piece is decorated rim-to-rim in manganese outline with blue, yellow, green and orange colours, with a scene of a Chinese man seated in a garden with foliage and fence
The piece has an ancient staple repair with other minor chips; otherwise, it is in an overall good original condition commensurate with its age.
