Antique Marble Washstand Top Slab-Restoration / Upcycle Project
New Town, Edinburgh
1 / 7
Description
Solid antique white marble slab, most likely Victorian or Edwardian, from a washstand. Three sides have original bevelled/bullnose edges intact.
Condition is as found — heavy surface scratching throughout and a rust/mineral stain to one corner. Pre-drilled holes along edges where it was originally bolted to a frame.
Would suit a restorer, upcycler, or someone needing a replacement washstand top. Could also work as a garden surface or pastry slab once cleaned up.
Dimensions: 107cm x 51cm x 2.2cm deep
