Description
This item is believed to have been a half real- size depiction of a burial plaque , made of resin
with brass effect inlays of two figures and was probably used as a practice piece for brass rubbing
experience. The caption underneath reads : Sir Edward & Eline Cerne, 1419 Draycot Cerne, Wiltshire, England. Looks great with a spotlight shining on it .
Ideal for wall mounting in old property that wants something unique with a historical look.
Size : 57 cm ( 22 1/2" ) wide x 97 cm ( 38 1/4 " ) high x 23 mm ( 1" ) thick. Fairly heavy, but the
hanging wire/frame on the back face is very sturdy. Buyer collects.
