Beautiful Cased Set of 6 Sterling Silver Handled Dessert Knives – Elkington & Co., Sheffield 1931
A fine and elegant set of six dessert knives by the renowned silversmiths Elkington & Co., presented in their original fitted case.
Features:
Handles: Solid sterling silver, fully hallmarked Sheffield 1931, maker’s mark for Elkington & Co.
Blades: Stainless steel, stamped "Stainless Deluxe – Made in England – Miners Ltd Sheffield – By Appointment to the Late King George V".
Style: Classic Art Deco shaping with clean lines and fluted ends.
Case: Original fitted presentation case with satin and velvet interior.
Condition: Very good vintage condition – light signs of use, silver bright and without dents. Case in good condition with minor surface wear.
