Here at Riccio Builders we understand how hard it is to choose the right company to foresee your project; it’s a HARD choice!


These are people who will be in your private home for a while depending on the size of the project, so you will need to trust the company. What else is important for you?


Here is a step-by-step guide of how we work: -


- We firstly set up a quotation meeting, this will give you the opportunity to meet us and ask us any questions. It will be our opportunity to get measurements, find out what you are are looking for. We take pictures to understand the project.

- Measurements and notes are forwarded to our admin team, who will start on the quotation document.

- We will post or email the quotation within a 48-hour period. This will give you time to query our quotation if needed.

- Once the quotation has been confirmed we will settle on a start date.

- Depending on the size of the project there will be more than one guy working throughout the project. As the owner, I’m available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week for a catch up.

- After the project has been completed, I would like to meet you for a post meeting to make sure you are happy with our work, this can been done face to face or over the phone. Feedback is an imperative part of our business, this will help us improve the business.
