Excellent from start to finish, especially with communication. I'm rather particular about where the cables, pipes (in my loft so they were out of the way) and air conditioning unit goes. Jack listened to what I wanted, took the time to understand and verify that he knew exactly what I wanted, perhaps more importantly he delivered exactly what I wanted at a fair price. The work was very tidy, cleaned up after themselves. Lovely family run business with his Dad helping and his brother as the electrician who performed the electrical work and supplied a small works certificate. Very friendly team, who took the time that everything was as I wished and at end of the day we went back over the install before leaving. I had a twin room split aircon fitted (4kW Daikin), which has turned out to be efficient, quiet, making working from home much more pleasant and the wife is very happy. Great job couldn't have asked for anything to be better.

The job was to install air conditioning in 2 rooms of our house. When providing the quote Jack was clear in explaining the different options available and what he would recommend and thought would work best and gave us the details of four different types of air conditioning unit to choose from.
The installation itself went really smoothly. Jack and his dad arrived on time and did a thoroughly professional job with everything working well. The rooms were left spotless.
Overall, we found the service wonderful, friendly and fairly priced. We highly recommend Jack.
