We at Leak Searchers, we trace underfloor water leaks by using advanced Flir Thermal Imaging Cameras which show up 0.05 degree difference in floors or walls. This method is effective with heating or hot water leaks as they should show up even under thick concrete floors We also use Advanced Ground Listening Microphones such as SEWRIN or FUJI TECOM to listen to your leak and endeavour to pinpoint your leak within a 400mm area. Both methods keep the dig area to a minimum. We aim to detect your leak as quickly as possible to reduce the impact on your life. Have a look at the photos and decide for yourself

Most Insurers will pay for Trace and Discovery so the cost should be covered by home policy, but please check. We can offer a no find no fee service to customers but ask about the terms and conditions.

Upon request, we can also do home thermal heat loss surveys to show homeowners where they are losing heat due to poor or ineffective insulation.
