Description

Landscape Maintenance Team Leader

Location: Wickford

Hourly Rate: £13.00-£14.00 p/h

Contract type: Permanent

Working hours: Monday-Friday 7:00-16:30

About the role

We are looking for someone who can lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across multiple sites, including show homes, construction sites and podiums - managing a number of operational teams. The role involves day-to-day team leadership, planning and allocating work, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a Maintenance Team Leader or similar supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of horticultural and grounds maintenance practices.

Full UK driving licence (towing license desirable).

CSCS card is essential

PA1/PA6 spraying certification preferred.

Experience with ride-on mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, and other powered equipment.
