* Print and distribute picking lists to the warehouse team.

* Address stock issues and liaise with the Stock Manager on discrepancies.

* Work closely with Sales and Accounts teams to resolve routing and invoicing queries.

* Reconcile picking lists, route manifests, and dispatch notes to ensure 100% accuracy before invoicing.

* Support the wider warehouse team in identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.

Requirements

* Experience as a Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a warehouse/distribution environment.

* Strong geographical knowledge of London.

* Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to develop within the role.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Able to work independently as well as within a team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* All orders and routes dispatched daily.

* Day 1 order to Day 3 delivery target achieved at 95%+ (excluding back orders).

Why Join Us?

You’ll be joining a supportive team with two experienced Senior Managers already in place, giving you the chance to learn, grow, and progress into a more senior role over time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their management career in a dynamic, customer-focused warehouse environment.
