What we're looking for:

·A good standard of education (college diploma or equivalent in a relevant subject)

·Some experience or understanding of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)

·Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle priorities

·A team player with a can-do attitude and keen attention to detail

·Confident communicator, both written and verbal

·Proficiency with basic computer tools (Word, Excel)

·A clean driving licence and access to your own transport

The offer:

·Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

·Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday

·Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with service)

·Training: Ongoing on-the-job training and development

·Location: Bristol office, with support across UK projects

This is a fantastic stepping-stone for someone looking to build a long-term career in structural engineering. You'll be supported by a friendly, knowledgeable team who take pride in mentoring the next generation of engineering professionals.
