About the business

A well-established Food / FMCG manufacturing business in Leeds, currently experiencing significant growth, is looking to strengthen their operations team by appointing a Stock Replenish Manager / Stock Manager. The business is renowned for its high standards, operational efficiency, and focus on continuous improvement.

The role

As the Stock Replenish Manager / Stock Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing stock replenishment and inventory management to ensure smooth production and supply chain operations. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate stock levels, minimising waste, and supporting both the production and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

* Lead and manage stock replenishment processes to ensure materials and products are available when required.

* Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement control measures to reduce discrepancies.

* Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to align stock levels with operational requirements.

* Analyse stock data and trends to support forecasting, ordering, and reporting.

* Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise stock management and replenishment processes.

* Supervise, coach, and develop a small team responsible for stock handling and replenishment.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies across all stock handling activities.

What we’re looking for

* Proven experience in stock management, inventory control, or replenishment within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

* Strong organisational, planning, and analytical skills.

* Leadership and team management experience.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
