What will the successful Experienced Recruitment Consultant deliver?

Take full ownership of a 360-degree recruitment desk in education

Headhunt, source, and nurture a high-calibre candidate pipeline

Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with schools and teaching professionals

Write and optimise job adverts across multiple platforms

Conduct candidate interviews and prepare them for client engagement

Guide clients and candidates through negotiations and offer management

Proactively secure new business and grow existing relationships

Meet and exceed activity and profitability targets
