The OpportunityThis is a front-line, target-driven business development role where your energy, confidence and resilience will directly influence company growth. You'll be responsible for generating new leads, engaging decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and securing high-quality appointments for the senior sales team — with the chance to attend client meetings and support sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns and research
Identify, qualify and nurture prospects to build a strong sales pipeline
Consistently achieve daily and weekly KPIs
Book meetings and occasionally attend client visits
Build rapport with decision-makers and clearly communicate value-led solutions
Maintain accurate CRM records and track all interactions
Support follow-ups and assist with administration during quieter outbound periodsRequirements
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation or business development
Confident, persuasive and professional telephone manner
Comfortable with cold calling and target-based environments
Strong organisation, follow-up and time management skills
CRM experience desirable (training provided if needed)
