Commission: OTE 25K-100k (first year) above salary earnings (uncapped)

Responsibilities
* Build and nurture new and existing client relationships through proactive lead generation.
* Take full ownership of your desk, focusing on developing specific markets within one of many sectors PWMG operate in.
* Manage and oversee your business pipeline using our advanced CRM systems.
* Showcase our value proposition through strategic research and personalized preparation.
* Source top talent via leading UK job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and by headhunting passive candidates.
* Cultivate strong relationships with job seekers, offering expert advice and guidance.
* Oversee the interview and offer process, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and clients.
* Conduct negotiations on client and candidate terms, maximizing revenue opportunities.
* Represent the company at international conventions, client meetings, and industry events, ensuring effective communication and relationship building with global stakeholders.
* You maybe requested to attend events/meetings abroad, so ability to travel is essential.
Skills & Experience
* Motivated and driven to prove yourself as a key player in recruitment and provide the best service for candidates and clients
* Exceptional - Sales skills, communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Highly adaptable, tenacious, and self-motivated.
* Driving licence
* Natural sales abilities paired with strong negotiation skills.
* Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines effectively.
* A strong sense of business acumen and eagerness to learn.
