The Role:

As a Senior Energy Consultant, you’ll work directly with business owners and managers, promoting energy solutions and services to mid-market companies. You’ll build strong, long-lasting client relationships, manage energy portfolios, and provide actionable strategies to help clients achieve their goals. The role involves a mix of phone and face-to-face meetings, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and research current energy consumption for clients.

Present and negotiate new energy procurement contracts.

Develop practical, cost-effective energy-saving solutions with feasibility and ROI analyses.

Confidently address questions from senior employees and decision-makers.

Advocate for optimal energy strategies and influence client decisions.

Meet and exceed targets by growing the client base and revenue.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong research and analytical skills with advanced numerical ability.

Creative problem-solving and solution-focused mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence presenting to senior executives and building trust quickly.

Persuasive and engaging on the phone and in meetings.
