As an Energy Account Executive, your roles and responsibilities will include…

· Entering and validating electricity, gas and water invoices

· Submitting monthly validation and query reports to customers

· Uploading energy consumption data to the inhouse platform

· Ensure billing errors are corrected by the suppliers

· Delivering high quality customer service

· Requesting meter readings and submitting to suppliers

We’re looking for an Energy Account Executive with the following skills and experience…

· Ideally 3-5 years’ experience working within the energy industry

· Highly numerate with excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

· Great communication skills and customer orientated

· Happy to work in a faced paced environment

· A good understanding of UK electricity and gas charge band structures

· Background in data entry or administrative processing

In return, the successful Energy Account Executive will receive a salary of £33,000 to £38,000, plus the following benefits…
