Tax Manager

A respected UK financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to take ownership of group-level tax compliance, reporting, and advisory activities. You ll manage the organisation s UK tax affairs, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and accounting standards. The role also involves supporting new acquisitions and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, HMRC, and external advisors.

What will the Tax Manager role involve?

Oversee the submission of Corporation Tax, VAT, and IPT returns within statutory deadlinesEnsure accurate tax disclosures within annual accountsAdvise on employment tax matters in partnership with HR and PayrollAct as primary contact for HMRC and manage relationships with tax advisors and auditorsProvide input into group-level tax planning and compliance strategy. Suitable Candidate for the Tax Manager:

Qualified Accountant or Tax Advisor (ACA / ACCA / CTA or equivalent)Proven experience managing corporate tax compliance and reportingSolid knowledge of CT, VAT, and IPTStrong analytical skills and commercial awarenessConfident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Additional benefits and information for the role of Tax Manager:
